    Here is my plan: In v0.2f, you put a blip on the minimap for the clocktower. On the train mission before you timetravel, the date is changed to 11/12/1955 ??:?? pm(before 10:04). You go back to the carshop and introduce the Delorean Time Machine w/ hook, then drive to the clocktower and go Back to the Future!
