Adds Engine Off (Key I)
Adds RC (Key R)
New Spawn mechanism (I think its buggy due to ground_z)
Weather changes on time travel.
More under the hood changes.
I don't remember what else from the last one.
As for RC, acceleration and braking are mapped to w/s and up/down.
Handbrake is currently the aim button.
Flying doesn't work the same. Pressing w/s and up/down also tilts the delorean.
I'm up for suggestions to any other keys to make w/s and up/down so it doesn't interfere with the tilt keys.
Please test for bugs.
