Can someone have the download for the GTA SA Mini Mod Full Version with the 3 cars?

I found a video of Delorean88mph on how to download the mod for GTA SA Edition that has the three cars from the movie, but I can't download the mod because simply google drive is asking me to ask for permission from the creator of the mod (which I don't know who is it).
