BTTF-Marty McFly 3d Playermodel for GTA V (Request&Idea)

Hello there, I am new to this site. I posted this same topic on two other websites, thought why not also post it here.

Not sure if this site is for GTA V? doesn't hurt or not bad to ask right.

 

I had the idea that GTA V needs a much better Marty McFly Playermodel, and I found this 3d model online that I would love to see put into the game, I am just really not sure how to do things like this myself and not sure if the creator of that model would allow it to be used. I think that this would be perfect. but, like I said, I don't know how to do things like that or how I'd get a hold of the creator of that model to see if its okay to use it on GTA V. If anyone could help out with this, It would be much appreciated.

The mod is mainly for vice city, there are no plans for the mod team here to work on gta v
