Problems with Windows 8.1

Hello, I have some problems with the mod running on Windows 8.1. Indeed the HUD (Time circuits and speedometer) flash and the game crash when I want to put the hook on the BTTF1 DeLorean for the time travel with the lightning, but for the 0.2f, the start line doesn't appear on the road. How I could fix this problems ?

You should just install Windows 7 and it should work fine for the most part. I even have problems with modded GTA SA on Windows 8.1, so I wouldn't even expect VC (or atleast modded VC) to run at all on Windows 8.1!

Thanks for your answer. I tested with windows 7 and the hud stops flashing but I already have the crashes, but the game works perfectly on my windows 8.1 computer but the hud flash.
