2015 Luxor Cab Hover Conversion launches car into the air?

Title says it all. I get in the Luxor Cab (Which looks amazing, btw, Shoutout to Carlos) and when I hit 'C' to see the new hover animation it launches me about a billion feet in the air, and it's stuck on it's side. Anyone else having this issue?

Me too, also the game crashes.
