Rogers 131 Train Model Issue

I can't seem to get Fraps to take a screenshot at this moment, but the Rogers 131 train model has an issue.

The polygons for the smoke stack are flipped, so you see the inside of it, not the outside. It is also only visible from the front view (looking backwards while driving).

Are you sure you didn't just crash the train and it fell off? Both the smokestack and part of the headlight are breakables...

Also, the extra parts dissapear sometimes (specially if its front parts seen from the back or viceversa), but that's just the game's engine.

Can you post a picture just using the PrintScreen key? Has worked for me before.
