how istall BTTF KR Mod by Programist?

hi ; me really I don't succeed in installing this mod!

then I have downloaded her from here:http://backtothefut.3dn.ru/load/3-1-0-162

once downloaded as before thing have installed then the mini mod gta bttf (it foresees in the unloaded briefcase)

I have copied the whole files of the briefcase in the directory of gta sa and I have added then finally the files of bttf and gt3 with img tool

start the game I make new game and it comes me one screened black..
what am I wrong?

I know these instructions are not the best, but here they are:

1 Copy Audio folder from mod archive to gta sa folder and replace any existing files.
2 Install BTTF mini mod
3 Open some IMG editor and open the bttf.img file
4 Replace contents of the bttf.img file with files from the bttf.img folder in the mod archive
5 Open some IMG editor and open the gta3.img file
6 Replace contents of the gta3.img file with files from the gta3.img folder in the mod archive
7 Rename CLEO folder in gta sa folder to CLEO_old
8 Close the img editor
9 Install Cleo 3 in the game folder (make sure gxthook and scmlog are checked and sample scripts aren't)
10 Install Cleo 4 in the game folder
11 Copy CLEO, data, models, and text folders from mod archive to gta sa folder and replace any existing files.
12 Replace the gta_sa.exe in the game folder with the gta_sa.exe from the mod archive
13 Play the game.

I can't understand russian either, but in order to install:

-sign up

-log in

-go to mod download page

-click on ad

-then download link should work.

(It would be nice the site had a translated version that was more firendly to people like me who only speak english.)

So I've done everything your list says to do and whenever I start up the game and run it, I see CJ for about 2 seconds and it gives me an error message.
