GTA IV DeLorean

Recommended Posts

Yes, marked (at least the DeLoreans are, but that might change) and Zmod2-Locked, but I know that won't stop people who really want to change the mesh, as I already found a way to do it.

Wow, that's crazy!

I just hope that no one does that though... Although, I doubt no one will since I even saw mods of the old TM for Train games and such...

On the bright side, since it's THE MOST ACCURATE DMC model to date (has to be...), hopefully it will be recognized by the DeLorean Motor Company (if not already) and the BTTF franchise itself. :P

Version 2 of GTA IV BTTF DeLorean:

Credits:

DeLorean DMC-12 Model:

  • From Forza 3
  • BTTF Parts by Carlos85G
  • BTTF DeLorean converted to IV by Dragon King (Patrick Millett)

Edited [and final] model (in video) by RobertBlox

  • Stainless Steel body texture (hard to see unless zoomed in)
  • Exhaust comes from nuclear vents!
  • Engine fire/smoke comes from nuclear vents!
  • Various texture changes.
  • Fixed Collisions [No random bouncing]
  • New Wheels thanks to Carlos85G
  • Lighter front and rear dark-grey panels.
  • Help with accuracy on the car's colors from Microman

Marty McFly ped skin:

  • Originally created by owenwilson1
  • Edited textures for more accuracy by RobertBlox

Includes:

  • New face
  • New vest
  • New Jean Jacket
  • Edited jeans
  • Dirty (and more accurate) Nike shoes

You may notice that there are a few inaccuracies on the car such as:

  • The black interior
  • No buttons on the steering wheel
  • The DeLorean is a 1982 model rather than a 1981
  • The High-beams are on
  • Some interior textures (such as the speedometer) are not lit up/glowing

This is due to using the Forza model, and not creating my own.

As always, I will not release these mods without permission from their original creators (above).

P.S. Sorry for the crudity of this video, but my graphics card isn't the best.

Great Scott!! Good video.

Liking were this is going :) If only this bucket i'm using would run GTAIV :(

You're lucky to have the GTA IV on your computer and to play, My computer does not resist that game

Thanks for the comments guys. :)

Too bad I still have that tire popping problem that still needs to be fixed. :o

In regards to running it on my computer, I too can barely run it. As you can see from the video, there are slight FPS lags and the texture quality is pretty low.

If you turn off some unecessary processes though, you may be able to run it (that's the way I got mine to run... finally).

------

Yes, I am aware this post should be merged, however, I would like to notify all members interested in this mod that it is now discontinued.

This is due to the fact that there will be a much better model coming out soon from a modder of the name sersorroza.
