Mine loads everything up, freezes for a few minutes, throws "NETWORK TROUBLE" at me and then starts working. With occasional freezes. And when I try to quit, it crashes, and the next time I have to download all the stuff all over again.

We are restarting the server. Give it 10 mins and then try it again

There's a tiny issue in the code that doesn't remove old iterations of looping functions which overload the server, however I didn't yet get around to fix that. For now I just have to restart the server once a day.
