I planned to make Cyclop , Spiderman , and maybe the Green Goblin ...

Theres someone on moddb thats making a captain america mod. Have you seen it? Yours looks good. what weapon did you replace for the shield? brass knuckles?

Awesomeness. All it needs is the Fly Mod and the Master Spark Mod and you've got yourself a (semi) Iron Man mod.

If you're gonna make a CLEO mod for spawning the suit, I suggest you make a CLEO mod that automatically triggers the BUFFMEUP cheat when you spawn the suit so it won't have that skinny-CJ stance when he stands.
