0.2e Test Map update, water level fix (at doc's garage) and car downgrader

alright so i think i figured out the problem (crashing upon exiting bttf1 car after time traveling) i duno if its a specific time period of just he car animation crashing the game but i can enter exit the bttf1 car freely. so prolly disregard this cause ive time traveled in the bttf1 car and gotten out a few times now with no crashes. and i just did the 99 fire trails too, f'n sweet! and i wish the HV town square was still more detailed like the diner and such, unless that would make it crash more, anywho see you somewhere in time!

Does anyone kknow how to install the contents of the folder marked 'addtogta3img' in the car downgrader package?

I dont have the mod installer since www.gta3hq.com and www.gtavicecityhq.com no longer exist.

I don't understand how to use the mod installer to install the car downgrader package. I need detailed instructions.

Follow the instruction of pages 5-10 in this guide, selecting the *.rar you downloaded instead of Car Models.rar.

GMI should be in your GTA:VC folder if you haven't deleted it on your own.
