The Sounds are epic but the Deathglider/Tel'Tak/Al'Kesh/F-302 have the same sounds now , right ? :/

Anyway , nice work :)

yes, indeed (reminds me of Orgcon's pics :lol:) , they do :P

but since all of them are spaceships anyway, It's not that bad at all ^^

a spaceship is intended to sound like that in Stargate

I know those sound were intended for the jumper only xD

but maybe with some coding they can work only on the jumper

but if not, then it's an engine limitation <_<

but it's good anyway!! ^^

maybe I can help you with the sounds that needs to be changed

so you don't have to rely anymore on cleo for that and to worry because the game may crash "example: the staff weapon sound"

and thanks!! ^^

I also replaced the menu loading music with the SG-1 intro!

I can post a download link if all of you want it =)

but please note that those sounds are going to work on every ship in the game that uses the hydra x)

If we change the sound of the Staff Weapon , the other Shotguns will have the same sound , same story ...

Whoa there, you do know if you go messing around with SAAT GUI you will encounter audio corruption that can mess up the entire game!?

That tool is very buggy and needs to be used lightly, plus you need to do everything exact first time as constant editing can make your game not work. I wrote a tutorial on how to use it properly. I have seen many mods use it and inevitably make a mess of all the rest of the ingame audio.

No to mention it works best in conjunction with [sA]VAE. ;)

at least it didn't mess mine ^^

I could manage to make it work with no problems except some minor bugs <_<

I don't know why =/

the jumper sound, sounds good but it haves a bug. When I fly it, I hear the sound of a rocket in the background (besides the jumper ones); the rocket sound dissapears when I go underwater with the jumper.

Another bug is that when I open a car door, sometimes, It sounds like a girl scream instead of a door that it's opening <_<

And another bug is that the menu loading music (which I replaced with the SG-1 intro) sounds very awkward, sounds really messed up >.<

It sounds in a very low quality (believe me, very, very, very bad. You can barely listen the song)

where's your tutorial?

I really need it goodness=/

I wrote the tutorial a while ago for RG and it was very basic, but I need to edit it slightly cause its quite specific on certain sound files. so I need time to make it more general.

It'd be a good idea to delete and reinstall SA and the mod from scratch (unless you have a back up install of the mod, in which cause just delete the corrupted one) cause the corruption when it starts, only gets worse the more you play it, until all the sounds are messed up. :(

I wish my Stargate Travel Animation where as fast as yours

mine lags =(

and by the way

I found the problem of the SGC in my game

the control consoles of the SGC seems to be way too high poly

I opened them with a ipl editor and the editor itself lagged a lot <_<

by the way

will you make that general guide soon? ^^

Oh , yes that's true , the machines are 155 000 faces normally but it's around 50 000 in GTA SA

Looks like there's something I gotta download and check out ;). I hope I don't have the problems of a lagging game as others reported it in here, but looking at my computer...

Off-Topic:

Oh, when I've been on holiday I've been to the museum where this rocket stood (~ 2 weeks ago, however the image at Wikipedia looks different than in my memory, the rocket didn't stand there). It was quite interesting, I didn't know that the Nazis did develop rockets up there (but the circumstances are typical :() and especially not that they developed the technology that was later on taken up by the space programs of the USA and USSR. So much bad history I don't know about :-/.
