Beta Version (MP3 - 96.31 MB): http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?yy5wlmtmhcw

I did this in the course of one night so don't expect it to be perfect (it still has a long way to go, and it's kinda crappy). I got the song intros in but that's about it. I still need to write a proper script so it will be more like a Radio show and I need to get some commercials as well. Although I was able to make a small traffic report, with sound-fx too.

no VH??? disgrace *tut* *tut* *tut*

I'll let KITT do Van Halen... You don't want two stations playing the same bands do ya? (And Deep Purple doesn't count since "Smoke On The Water" is hugely overplayed)

That's 80s. Like I said I'm only doing 60s and 70s. And Danger Zone is by Kenny Loggins...

Well 22,000 days was done in 1981 on the album Long Distance Voyager (but I'm pushing it and that's the only 80's song I'll do)

Also at the moment my Microphone sucks so when the radio station is released there will be reverb noises. But that's for the beta version. Next payday I will buy myself a better mic.

22,000 days is the best you could come up with for Moody Blues? ( Which is one of my favorite bands by the way :P )

What about 'The other side of life' off of "The other side of life"(1986) or 'I know you out there somewhere' off "Sur la mer"(1988) IMO they are better songs B)

nah, I like 22,000 days. Also 22,000 days is a little over 60 years, which is the time between 1955 and 2015. So I think it kinda works out. But that's my own view.

Well I will need extra ppl, for traffic reports, news briefs, and commercials. I'm also looking for a side dj who would be my character's counterpart (wouldn't be a morning show without one). But I'm considering whether to get one of my friends to do it or someone from the forum, it's still undecided. Main reason is that it needs to sound natural and the only way is to have a person with me or to have a voice conversation over MSN (and voice conversations over the internet aren't the most clear).

It's going to take awhile for me to make a script (including commercials, news, and traffic reports). Also I'm working so that's a big factor as well.

Most of the commercials will be fictional in nature. Except for the "Bud-Light Real Men of Genius" commercials, and one I got from a George Carlin album.

UPDATE: Finally finished the script. Just need some actors (decent ones) and need to get a decent mic.

Main DJ: Boozin' Billy

News/Traffic Reporter (sidekick): Stoner Steve (I will be doing the voice acting for this part)

I'll post the other characters soon.
