Yeah sandbox would be hard.And HL2 has one mod where you racing by cars so cars aren't the problem GTA has one serious problem.It doesn't have own SDK so it's very bad for modding

Yeah VCS has SCM and you can edit it by Sanny builder. Models can't be changed,but you can swap them by YAIE And NO.VC and VCS has different engines

This mod exists very long,but it's FAIL.When you add these bikes GTAIV will go crazy.All these birds are boxes.Buildings are messed up.AND it's only bikes and replacement of Niko by Johny from GTAIV not from GTAIV:LaD
