Hi all, with a small town in mind, here's a little modification I just made that aims to regulate the amount of peds and vehicles around depending on the time and times, weather, month of the year. As already happens with cars, the changes are noticeable after any time travel**. Just compile+copy and report any bug here: I'll try to solve them in my spare time.
