  1. Welcome, I see you're new around here. There is no exact date by the mod team yet; however, if you check this forum you will find out that the destination time listed on the time circuits will present the release date. Right now, only 2013 is locked in for the year, the month and day have not been set.
  2. I also found this, which you can reference for building the Proton pack. http://www.gbfans.com/wiki/Proton_Pack_Part_Names
  3. There still are no pictures. If you have photos of your car, post them on the forum; otherwise, we cannot believe you.
  4. For numbers 1 and 2, can't you also just turn off the HUD, blips, subtitles, etc? Also, did you post your VIN's yet, Steven?
  5. Yes, I do make gifs for my avatar.

  6. Awesome! I knew those taillights looked familiar. Didn't Mad_Driver10 convert the Driver SF car to SA? Makes me wonder if I should convert my versions... ------ As for your engine sound effects, it still sounds a little funny. As I mentioned, I lowered the pitch on mine so it sounds more normal when you start off. I can send them to you if you would like to try them out!
  7. Here's a little something you might want, Trance. From Moretto electronics, here's some of the lights (programmed) that are also used by Videobob in his units: http://www.moretto-electronics.com/en/ghostbusters-props/11-ghostbusters-proton-pack-light-kit.html
  8. The following is the commercial which debuted at 8:30 P.M. of GE's Back to the Future themed ad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QN79EvD_V8 This video was originally posted by TranceLikeState in the shoutbox! See more information on when it aired here: http://beyondthemarquee.com/24344/ Update 9/9/2013: TMR's Andrew Wells edited the audio of the GE commercial to be more familiar to Back to the Future fans! Check it out: ------ Here is a post from the DeLorean's owner on Facebook confirming that Michael J. Fox was in the commercial, and that he narrated it: [The name and profile picture have been blurred for personal privacy] EDIT: Here is a very recently posted comment from AJ LoCascio that also confirms the fact.
  9. Wear one?!? No, no, no, one does not simply "wear" a mustache and beard, one must grow one! If I wait about 1.5 - 2 weeks to let it grow in advance before wearing the costume, I should be fine.
  10. Haha, since you asked! Here's most of the main chest piece of the suit, hanging from a little hook: You'll notice that the glued edges look a little rough at the moment. That will eventually be sealed using a coating technique and then painted over. If it's still rough or bumpy, I'll sand it down or paint sliver scratches over it. [sorry for the picture quality, it was taken from my computer's webcam] I may update some more in the future in a new topic if and when possible. If I don't, then I'll probably post some with the finished costume in the end. Note: I may not make the helmet and just pretend to be Tony Stark in the armor, mainly because it's difficult to make it perfect and wire the electronics. EDIT: This is being made with EVA foam and a program called "Pepakura." The files which I am using to cut the pieces out were retrieved from "TheHeroTutorials" on youtube.
  11. Very cool, Trance! I've always wanted to work on a Ghostbusters costume or something like Robocop, but I instead decided to go with a lower budget project which is Iron Man. I plan to have it done by this Halloween, but school will probably hinder my progress. Hopefully it will be done at the end of this year or next June at the latest!
  12. Lol! At least they know you and the team are working on this one thus far.
  13. Okay, I understand. The only thing is, even though seedyrom lists the mods at the bottom, he still receives credit for the work in various articles and posts. Some mods, like LCPD: FR and the Police Chase mod (by NeoMatrix) have little things like what I listed which pop-up when you start the game. Nonetheless, I understand your explanation (as I stated earlier) and respect your decision! Thank you for reading my post, bttf92.
  14. No, I don't believe anyone has. It's just something that's local to the game rendering engine, sorry.
  15. In case anyone like bttf92, Mike, Trance, or someone else from the mod team sees this: I've been bugged about all of the credit Seedyrom has been getting for "creating" a BTTF mod. I believe there is a good way to prevent this from happening again. Add a "credits" section of code to the BTTF IV script/dll To elaborate what I mean by a "credits" section, I am referring to something such as this: http://www.moddb.com/mods/back-to-liberty-city/videos/a-new-feature The game will always begin with the the month, the day, and the year (as in the film); then, it would display a few credits immediately after displaying the dates! For instance: ----------------------- The date would not be that, of course. It would be based on what is coded. The same goes for the small credits I listed, which I just put as examples. I'm not 100% sure of all who were involved in the progress of this project, but I just typed that as an example.
  16. I believe that's just how the game renders partially transparent objects in its alpha filter.
  17. You are indeed right, Trance. There is one thing that we don't like on this forum.
  18. Yeah, I've considered adding that, but I haven't had the time recently. We'll see.
  19. UPDATE: Final DMC-12 photos added! http://www.bttfhillvalley.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=4074
  20. If you mean for me, I don't at the moment. The model I'm referring to is actually already done (in case you didn't know). I have a topic with it here in the "Off Topic" section called "Driver SF: DeLorean DMC-12." Thank you very much though!
  21. Thanks, Mike! Again, the offer still stands if you want a copy of my model for IV that looks like yours.
