  1. Does it happen specifically after 10 minutes of gameplay? Otherwise it's just one of those built in bugs that happen for no obvious reason whatsoever. The specs are generally fine on both machines for running the game, by the way.
  2. No one's following your orders, chill out.

  4. 0.2f will come out when it's ready, that's the best estimate that can be given. Hope that helps, if that even was the question; it's hard to understand if you use Google Translate, sorry
  5. As you wish, I'd just get a neat USB drive for that money instead
  6. I say get rid of it and get a new one, if you need it at all. Discs are moving closer and closer to being obsolete, so maybe if you don't need to write anything, you can stick to the one you already have?
  7. See if you can get Mini-Me to post his £1000 rig; he runs IV on max settings at a reasonable framerate, but his game bugs out even more than mine does. As Orgcon said, you really don't want GTA IV
  8. The newer MBP has better graphics, it would be dumb of any company to release a new product with worse specs than the previous model. Therefore, Nvidia's card is better in this situation. I did explain to EMO over Skype how he doesn't really require a Mac for Maya, but that's up to him to decide.
  9. jen, i'd offer you popcorn, but there aren't enough people on this forum to start a war about GPUs
  10. Topics don't require closing if they die off on their own.

    Computer specs

Maybe a mod could merge this and the old topic, as I believe there was quite a collection of computer specs in the previous thread. Thank you. My specs: SPOILER: CPU: Intel i3-2100 @ 3.1Ghz RAM: Kingston 2x4GB @ 1600Mhz, motherboard limits to 1333Mhz GPU: AMD HD 6670 1GB GDDR5 HDD1: WD 500GB @ 7200rpm HDD2: noname external drive, 320GB @ 5400rpm
  12. They didn't replace the engine, they replaced the sound just to give the car a more appropriate growl
  13. As if it wasn't the reason
  14. Looks pretty good, you should try explaining to Pantherclaws that stone is better than sand for the front pillars, he's been trying to build one as well.
  15. Just. To. Be. Clear. Think a little ahead before posting. This is a BTTF forum, and the video is about BTTF. You really think this place is so dead that no one would have posted the video within a few days? Not to mention the other topic was pretty new too. NOT TO MENTION that you can also request topic bumps so you don't have to make new topics. I'm not accusing you of stealing or anything, but the normal response to someone pointing to a topic that was there before you is "Oh sorry, didn't see it, won't happen again", not "f**k you, i didn't steal anything, why are you saying i stole smth". Have a nice day.

  17. posting pirated links now, are we leaf
  18. What a warm welcome, Jen. Also, welcome to the forum.
  19. Depends on the socket, but I think most, if not all i7s have a different chip socket than i3s. Facing the same problem here. EDIT: Go check the list, find your CPU and see what socket it uses: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandy_bridge#Desktop_platform
  20. hotlink fail; the model looks god damn perfect
  21. Are you insane, they look completely different, this guy should definitely find his way in the team.
