Other than that, as others before me have speculated, it would be nigh on impossible for, in the first time travel experiment with Einstein, the Delorean to accelerate to 88 miles per hour in such a short distance if it had been automatic transmission.

I reckon the 'reset' button simply clears the input you typed into the TC's. So if you typed '13212009' and then realise 'oh yeah, that means the 13th month, which is impossible' (for example) then you could tap the reset button and it would just revert to the previous date. Although, Blue et al have decided on a strictly canon mod, so if the button is not used in the film, they're probably not going to include it unless some evidence can be found to suggest its function.

Does anyone know if it is possible to attach a 'lightning model' to the delorean? That might work, but it might also end up looking crap if the delorean is turning (hard to explain really, but if the lightning moves with the delorean it could look horrendously bad).

Guess we just have to hope that there aren't too many people who become a fan for the hell of it even if they're not at all interested in the mod (but, from the evidence of practically every other Facebook group, profile etc. it seems inevitable).

Surely, though, the TT always respawns on top of the mansion even if you destroy it/it got struck by lightning (same deal). When I say 'it got struck by lightning', I know that that isn't currently possible, I am saying if it was possible...

Interesting that he could convert a model from VC to SA by changing all the hierarchy etc. but can't use a search engine.
