I believe the Delorean that Mike did can't be released. And to put the scanner, there are some simple steps that you can do by YOURSELF. Search through and find some tutorials on how to model or modify a GTA VC vehicle.

i try it once to put a scanner on the new del models with 3d max but it didn`t work game crasht
