About This File
This utility is intended for owners of Version 2 of GTA San Andreas, who wish to downgrade their game to Version 1.
The utility will restore files removed from Version 2, and enable your installation of GTA San Andreas to be moddable.
Please note, you will need to have a minimum of Microsoft dot net framework 1.1 installed in order for the utility to complete successfully. If you do not have this installed the utility will fail.
Warning, please make a backup before attempting to use this downgrade patch, I am not responsible for for any data loss.
