Installation of 0.2g
    -Run the setup program and follow the instructions.  Make sure to install into your Grand Theft Auto Vice City directory
        Note - install to a stock/clean copy of Vice City, attempting to install to a copy of VC which already has mods installed may break your install! 

FAQ 
    Question: I have installed the dev build but when starting a new game it loads the standard Vice City storyline, did I do something wrong?
    Answer: No.  The mod is now 100% CLEO and we are no longer editing main.scm, meaning that you can play the regular Vice City storyline with the mod!

🕰️ Time Circuits (DeLorean and Time Train);
        Press + (plus key)  to turn on/off the time circuits
        Press -  (minus key) to confirm your entry

        Time must be entered in 24 hour format, 10:04 PM would be entered as 2204.
        Entering 110519550615- would confirm a destination time of Nov 05 1955 06:15 AM
    
        Drive/fly to 88 mph to time travel
        WARNING!!! Time travelling with a damaged time machine may produce unwanted effects.  You can tell when it's damaged when you see smoke coming out.  
        IMPORTANT:  If you find yourself in the Nth Dimension (You'll know if you're there), Don't panic, and make your way safely to the nearest pay n spray.

    Hover Mode (DeLorean and Time Train);
        Sub-Mission (CAPS-LOCK by default), used to change to/from hover mode
        Accelerate (W by default) used for Stage I boost.
        Reverse (S by default) used for reverse thrust.
        Accelerate plus Reverse OR Handbrake together for Stage II boost.
        HOME used to hover up (configurable in bttfhv.cfg)
        END used to hover down (configurable in bttfhv.cfg)

🚗 DeLorean;
        Action Key (TAB by default)
            -Refuel the Plutonium reactor or Mr. Fusion.
            -Raise/lower the hook
            -Raise/lower rear louvre and engine cover (stock DeLorean)
            -Open/Close the trunk of the DeLorean.
        C - Update console clock to current time
        J - Lower/Raise Drivers window
        K - Lower/Raise Passenger window
        L - Hazard lights
        ; - Left turn signal
        " - Right turn signal
        U - Wipers - constant wipe speed 1+ 2
        I - Wipers - single wipe / decrease wipe speed
        P - Grimes emergency light

🚂 Time Train (AKA JVT);
        Action Key (TAB by default) - Doors
        J - Drivers window
        K - Passenger window
        B - Bell
        Horn key (LEFT SHIFT by default) - Whistle

🚚 Doc's Truck/Garage;
        Action Key (TAB by default) - open/close ramp (when standing by the rear corner of the truck)
        Sub-Mission key (CAPS-LOCK by default) - Short press = open/close ramp | Long press = puts you into the car which is in the truck
        Drive into the back of Doc's truck and press the Sub-Mission key (CAPS-LOCK by default) to activate the garage menu
            Exiting the the DeLorean while the car is inside the truck will attach the car to the truck and transport you into the drivers seat of the truck

        B - Bell
        Horn key (LEFT SHIFT by default) - Whistle
        P - Activate Presto log effect

Misc
    [ (left square bracket) - hide/display the BTTF Hud.

🗒️ Notes;
    The speed at which time passes in the game is now configurable, see the Time Scale section in bttfhv.cfg
    Flying in particular is now particularly suited to playing with a controller 🕹️  we are including Ginput with the mod which should make most controllers compatible. 
        For those who are using a PlayStation controller we recommend to download and configure x360ce.
    Press down on the right thumbstick to convert to/from hover mode.
    Left trigger reverse thrust
    Right trigger boost.
    

Features:
    After Time Travel
        10 second lag before you can time travel again.
        BTTF1 delorean will randomly die after time travel
            Hold acelerate to try to turn on the BTTF1 delorean

    BTTF 1 Delorean w/hook
        To attach/detatch the hook from the Delorean, stand by the rear passenger side and press the action key (TAB by default)

    Flying (Time Machine only):
        Press sub-mission (capslock) to switch between driving/flying
        Accelerate to go forward
        Reverse to go back
        Accelerate plus Reverse OR accelerate plus handbrake engages stage II boost

    Time Train
        The train doesn't have it's door's open normally. While standing next to the door press the Action key (TAB by default) to open it.

    Instant/Cutscene Time Travel Modes
        To change between instant and cutscene time travel modes press M

    RC Mode
        Press R to enter/exit RC Mode
        Camera button to change view
        Don't kill yourself

    Plutonium and Mr. Fusion
        You will be notified when you are out of plutonium/trash
        Go to the back of the car and press the action key to refill
        Trash is found everywhere, so it's unlimited
        Plutonium will spawn nearby when you are out of plutonium, follow the radar blip to pick it up.  Beware of Libyans trying to kill you for stealing their plutonium!

    Custom sound engine with distance based volume and Doppler effect
        Doppler effect does not respect a moving camera right now

    Completely brand new, based off of VC flying physics but with hovering, sideslip, and controls redone
    Can maintain hover while upside down
    Sideslip is there to make landing easy but dampens the faster the car goes
    Controls are similar to a plane but with dedicated up/down buttons defined in config
    Has different physics depending on model
        Landing mode adds a slow descent, deceleration, and disables forward thrust
        Damaged, i.e. from lightning, causes controls to be very loose and cause a somewhat controlled crash landing
    Two stage boost.  Standard has no effects, second stage has the vent boosters for those that have it. 

All time machines
    New wormhole animation
        Time travel now only occurs when it's fully open, no instant time travel when turning on time circuits at 88
    Updated cutscene camera
    99 fire trail uncurls the close you are to 88
    Orientation and velocity direction preserved on reentry
    Autolanding on flying models of they reenter with no driver.  No plummetting to the earth!
    If struck by lightning, the time machine will reenter with a spin dependent on how fast it was going
    Reentry sound effects change depending on how far into the past/future they go
        Short hops is bttf1 style
        Medium, i.e. 30 years is bttf2 style
        Long, i.e. 100 years is bttf3 ending style
    Reentry spawn feature where the time machine reenters at the nearest road
    Remote control on last time machine, and includes hover mode
    Time machines sent into the past/future will send their destination time to you via your beeper/pager

Delorean Time machine
    Time travel sequence
        Coils fade in and out, no longer corona based, now built into the model
            Includes flickering bttf3 coils
