Installation:
Simply extract the contents to the Vice City directory where you have bttf-hv 0.2g (or higher) installed.
Finding the skyway:
Start the game and time travel to a year greater than 2010.
Once you are in an appropriate year you will find it easily, you can't miss it, its not that far up and runs from Ocean Beach to the Airport Terminal, its just its a little to the left since last time.
Its best to look for it at night XD
